 In today's constantly changing IT landscape, something as simple as choosing a course of study can become a daunting task if not approached pragmatically. While ideally, learning everything there is to learn can certainly be a game changer and significantly boost your standing in the increasingly competitive job market, we know that not everyone can invest the time and money needed to do so.  

With that in mind, we have chosen four major programming languages that have a lot in common. So in essence, each will follow a similar overall structure but will differ in terms of syntax, prompts, and unique features that each programming language has to offer. This has been done deliberately to provide you with the most streamlined and stress-free learning experience possible.

All that is left is to follow these two simple tips to help you decide what the next step in your educational journey should be:

• Why?

While this might seem like the most obvious question to ask yourself, there are quite a number of people that surprisingly skip this critical step. Always start by asking yourself why you need to enroll in a particular course, what you aim to learn, and most importantly, how it would benefit you in the short and/or long term. 

• When?

As Geoffrey Chaucer once said, "Time and tide wait for no one." Never has that been truer than in the present day where opportunities are seized or missed in the blink of an eye. When deciding on a course, it is important to consider the length of time needed to complete it as well as how much time you are willing to put into practicing and honing the knowledge and skills acquired.
